Since 1993 we cultivate our land with love to preserve the tradition of taste and with a single goal in our hearts: the authenticity of our products. For this reason, since the beginning of our adventure, we are organic farmers.

Antica Enotria is located in Cerignola, in Puglia. The vines and fields extend from the inside towards the sea, a mix of landscapes made of sun and wind that gives a terroir unique in the world. The winery is located inside the ancient Contessa Staffa farm, a noble building dating back to 1700. It is here that the company produces wine and biological preserves.

WINEMAKING

Manual harvest in the second week of October. After crushing, the must macerates in steel vats for 15-20 days. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25 °. After fermentation the wine is passed in large barrels where it ferments for another 20 months. Finishing in bottle for another 10 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Dense ruby ​​color, great balance and elegance of aromas of ripe fruit, spices and light toasting. On the palate it has a powerful structure supported by a beautiful freshness that accentuates the fruit. Very persistent, ending with a very fine vanilla note.

dopo una macerazione con le bucce per 6 ore il mosto viene illimpidito e fatto fermentare a 16° in silos di acciaio.

CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE

Di colore rosa con sfumature buccia di cipolla, al naso offre splendide sensazioni di fragola e altri piccoli frutti rossi. Al palato colpisce per la sua persistenza aromatica e per un giusto equilibrio tra morbidezza e freschezza.
