Grape variety: Falanghina and Fiano
Vine: Trained using the Guyot method.
Yield: 9000 kg. per hectare
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in plastic crates in the wine cellar. After the soft crushing and pressing he juice is cold filtered and allowed to ferment at a temperature of 16°C in steel tanks.
Aging: Puglia Bianco ages in steel tanks for 4 months.
Sensory characteristics: Straw yellow color with golden reflexes. This wine scents like tropical fruits and citrus fruits, fresh and flavourful notes that remeber the sea. Equilibrated in the mouth, flavourful and persistent, gets pleasantly along with aperitifs, cold dishes and fish dishes.
