Antica Enotria is the organic agriculture of Puglia. Since 1993 we cultivate our land with love to preserve the tradition of taste and with a single goal in the heart: the authenticity of our products. For this reason, since the beginning of our adventure, we are organic farmers.
Antica Enotria is located in Cerignola, in Puglia. The vines and fields extend from the interior towards the sea, a mix of landscapes made of sun and wind that gives a terroir unique in the world. The cellar is located inside the ancient Contessa Staffa farm, a noble building dating back to the 1700s. It is here that the company produces wine and preserves, tomatoes and organic sauces.
Organic tomatoes grown from Antica Enotria only need water, wind and sun. On the wide flat fields the brown color of the earth is tinged with intense red of these fruits grown according to organic farming methods. The different types of tomatoes are cherry tomatoes, San Marzano and the ancient variety of yellow tomatoes ripen in the warm sun of Puglia during the summer months, caressed by a mix of winds that mixes sea breezes and country aromas. Only nature suggests when the right moment has come to pick them up, strictly by hand. To preserve the sweetness and nutritional qualities, they are immediately brought to the company to be selected, washed and stored.
