From February 8th to 10th, Antica Enotria brought the authentic flavors of Puglia to Taste Firenze, the event dedicated to gastronomic excellence. Our stand, located in the Central Pavilion – Ground Floor, became a meeting point for enthusiasts and curious visitors eager to discover the finest organic preserves and wines that tell our story.
Our organic preserves were the true stars of the event, encapsulating the genuine flavors of Puglian tradition in every jar. From sun-dried tomatoes to artichokes in oil, and vibrant yellow and red cherry tomatoes, each product conveyed the authenticity of our land, delighting visitors’ palates and expressing our deep connection with nature.
Alongside our preserves, our wines complemented the experience, demonstrating the unique harmony between authentic flavors and wine culture. Tastings highlighted the quality and passion behind every bottle, creating a perfect bridge between the fruits of the land and the art of winemaking.
Antica Enotria once again confirmed its role as an ambassador of Puglian taste, bringing not only products to Florence but also a narrative of authenticity, tradition, and quality.
